Pioneer Jr-Sr High School

2025-26 Sports Physicals provided by Logansport Memorial Sports Medicine will be held at Pioneer Jr-Sr High School on Wednesday, April 23 from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM. These physical examinations are for Pioneer student-athletes who are currently in fourth grade through eleventh grade. * Forms may be picked up in the main office at PJSHS. * Please preregister and pay the $20 physical exam fee in the athletic office prior to Wed Apr 23. * All paperwork must be filled out completely and signed by student-athlete and parent or guardian. * Walk-ins on Wed Apr 23 must be registered by 5:45 PM. * For more information, please contact AD John Bingaman at (574) 643-3145 X309.
