Congratulations to Pioneer Jr-Sr High School student-athlete Mia McKaig for earning an IHSAA Exemplary Behavior Report from Official James Newburn during the varsity girls' basketball competition with Caston Jr/Sr High School hosting Pioneer on Tue Dec 17! According to Mr. Newburn, "Number 20, Mia McKaig, from Pioneer Jr-Sr High School exhibited exemplary sportsmanship throughout the game at Caston. She seemed to have a smile on her face and admitted to having fun during a heated rivalry." Because of her efforts, Mia was awarded an IHSAA "I Am a Champion of High School Sports" Pin by Athletic Director John Bingaman. The athletic department at Pioneer Jr-Sr High School appreciates the geniality and sportsmanship demonstrated by Mia during this Hoosier North Athletic Conference (HNAC) varsity girls' basketball contest!
